Error codes

System Settings

003-1401 “Could not connect to the internet”

You need to be accepted.

To fix: Open a ticket in our Discord server and we will whitelist you when you meet the requirements.

003-2102 “Could not connect to the internet”

You need to be accepted.

To fix: Open a ticket in our Discord server and we will whitelist you when you meet the requirements.

eShop

011-8008 "Your account has been terminated. Sorry."

You have been banned from Samtendo Network.

To fix: Please open a ticket in our Discord server.

007-2001 "An error has occurred."

You have tried to view a title that doesn't exist anymore. Basically, in between you loading the page and you clicking on it, it has been deleted from our database.

To fix: Restart the eShop.

011-2500 "An error has occurred."

Server-sided issue. This can be caused by a range of problems.

To fix: Open a ticket in our Discord server.

011-6516 "samShop is currently closed due to technical issues."

The samShop is closed. This is intentional. You may find this message at startup or while browsing the shop.

To fix: Please wait and try again later.

011-6516 "Maintenance is taking place."

The samShop is closed for maintenance. This is intentional. You may find this message at startup or while browsing the shop.
